Description

Classic Lesbian, LGBTQ themed Pulp Novel cover reproduction of the trashy A Woman\’s Woman.

The 50\’s were a less enlightened time to say the least. Novels like these did not tell serious stories and served mostly to titanate and provide very cheap thrills. This cover by the great Stanley Borack shows Sandra, a lustful lesbian, and her latest conquest. Which one is Sandra, we are not sure but I am not sure it matters. I think the back cover sums it up.

She let men make love to her… so she could seduce their women…

In the dark reaches of the night, even as men turned their volcanic passions toward her, Sandy longed to hold a woman in her own arms. Tortured by unnatural, twisted appetites, aware and afraid that she was \”different\”, she tried desperately to lose herself in affair after affair, hoping to find the one man who might give her a chance for normal love.

The art for this was scanned from an original book then descreened as much as possible. We recreated the type so the lettering would be crisp at any size then put in a new background and touched up the color to make things pop a little more. All of our prints are printed with 6-12 color ink presses on archival quality paper (with the exception of 24×36 which is on a heavy coated bond paper). Imperfections may show through with larger sizes.
